At Sudathi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ethnic wear or fashion piece doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Sudathi account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return process.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or wallet within 5-7 business days.
